21 Jul 2008 | Abstract: | We calculate the SU(2) gluon propagator in Coulomb gauge on the lattice. By
choosing the proper residual gauge fixing we show that in the continuum limit
the equal time spatial propagator $D(|vec{p}|)proptoint d p_0
D(|vec{p}|,p_0)$ satisfies multiplicative renormalization once it has been
properly regularized. We give a procedure to calculate $D(|vec{p}|)$ on
relatively small lattices and at finite spacing. The result agrees at all
momenta with the Gribov formula
$D(|vec{p}|)propto(|vec{p}|^2+M^4/|vec{p}|^2)^{-1/2}$, with $M=0.88(1) GeV
