Resolution into subsystems, decoherence and thermalization | Oleg Lychkovskiy
; | Date: |
15 Oct 2012 | Abstract: | Choosing a specific way of resolving a closed system into parts is a starting
point for the decoherence program and for the quantum thermalization program.
It is shown that one can always chose such way of partitioning that
thermalization does not occur and decoherence-assisted classicality does not
emerge. Implications of this result are discussed. | Source: | arXiv, 1210.4124 | Services: | Forum | Review | PDF | Favorites |
