20 Oct 2015 | Abstract: | We obtain a class of regular black hole solutions in four-dimensional $f(R)$
gravity, $R$ being the curvature scalar, coupled to a nonlinear electromagnetic
source. The metric formalism is used and static spherically symmetric
spacetimes are assumed. The resulting metric functions are given by one real
parameter family of solutions which are generalization of known regular black
hole solutions in General Relativity. The known solutions of General Relativity
are recovered when the free parameter vanish in which case one has $f(R)propto
R$. We show that there are particular cases that violates only the strong
energy condition. | Source: | arXiv, 1511.0569 | Services: | Forum | Review | PDF | Favorites |
