21 Sep 2016 | Abstract: | We use QCD Laplace sum-rules to predict masses of open-flavour heavy-light
hybrids where one of the hybrid’s constituent quarks is a charm or bottom and
the other is an up, down, or strange. We compute leading-order, diagonal
correlation functions of several hybrid interpolating currents, taking into
account QCD condensates up to dimension-six, and extract mass predictions for
all $J^Pin{0^{pm},,1^{pm}}$. Within theoretical uncertainties, we find
degeneracy between the heavy-nonstrange and heavy-strange hybrids in all $J^P$
channels. Also, our mass predictions are nearly degenerate under parity flips.
For the charm-light hybrids there is a clear mass hierarchy of heavier scalar
states which becomes less pronounced for the bottom-light hybrids. Possible
effects of mixing with conventional quark-antiquark mesons are also explored. | Source: | arXiv, 1609.6750 | Services: | Forum | Review | PDF | Favorites |
