Baryon-Antibaryon Enhancements in Quark Models | Gui-Jun Ding

3 Oct 2005 | Subject: | hep-ph | Abstract: | We study the mass spectrum of the $
m{q}^3ar{
m{q}}^3$ mesons both from the quark model with triquark correlations and from common quark model with colormagnetic interactions and with relative S-waves between quarks. Two cluster configurations $(
m{q}^3)-(ar{
m{q}}^3)$ and $(
m{q}^2ar{
m{q}})-(
m{q}ar{
m{q}}^2)$ are considered. In the spectrum we find rather stable states which have the same quantum number with particle resonances which are corresponding to the $par{p}$ enhancement, $par{Lambda}$ enhancement and $Lambdaar{Lambda}$ enhancement with spin-$mathbf{0}$ or $mathbf{1}$. This imply these enhancements are NOT experimental artifacts. The color-spin-flavor structures of $par{p}$, $par{Lambda}$, and $Lambdaar{Lambda}$ enhancements are revealed. The existence of spin-$mathbf{1}$ $Lambdaar{Lambda}, par{Lambda}, par{p}$ enhancements is predicted. | Source: | arXiv, hep-ph/0510013 | Services: | Forum | Review | PDF | Favorites |
