The E895 pion correlation analysis -- a status report | M.A. Lisa
; | Date: |
21 Mar 2005 | Journal: | Advances in Nuclear Dynamics 4: Proceedings of 14th Workshop on Nuclear Dynamics, Snowbird, UT, Feb 1998 pp 183-192; Plenum Press, W. Bauer andd H.G. Ritter, eds | Subject: | nucl-ex | Affiliation: | E895 Collaboration | Abstract: | Using a large solid-angle Time Projection Chamber (TPC), the E895 collaboration has measured charged particles emitted from Au+Au collisions at 2, 4, 6, and 8 AGeV at the Brookhaven AGS. Focussing on two-track acceptance corrections, the current status of the E895 pi-minus HBT analysis is presented. Preliminary one dimensional correlation functions for the 2 and 4 AGeV data are presented, and future plans are discussed. | Source: | arXiv, nucl-ex/0503017 | Services: | Forum | Review | PDF | Favorites |
