12 Jul 2007 | Abstract: | In this study, using the M{o}ller energy-momentum definition in general
relativity (GR) we have calculated, firstly, the total energy-momentum
distribution associated with $(n+2)-$dimensional homogeneous and isotropic
model of the universe. We have found that total energy of M{o}ller is
vanishing in $(n+2) $dimensions everywhere but n-momentum components of
M{o}ller in $(n+2)$ dimensions are different from zero. Also, we have
evaluated static Einstein Universe, FRW universe and de Sitter universe in four
dimensions by using $(n+2)$ type metric and then calculated the M{o}ller
energy-momentum distribution of these space-times. However, our results are
consist with the results of Banerjee-Sen, Xulu and Radinschi, Vargas,
Cooperstock-Israelit, Ayg"{u}n extit{et al.}, Rosen and Johri extit{et
al.} in four dimensions. | Source: | arXiv, arxiv.0707.1776 | Services: | Forum | Review | PDF | Favorites |
