The dynamic critical exponent at the jamming transition | Takahiro Hatano
; | Date: |
23 Jul 2008 | Abstract: | Using molecular dynamics simulation on a relaxation process of three
dimensional particulate system at zero temperature, the dynamic critical
exponent at the jamming transition is estimated as $4.6pm0.2$, which is almost
the same as that for a binary Lennard-Jones liquid approaching the glass
transition [S. Whitelam, L. Berthier, J. P. Garrahan, Phys. Rev. Lett. {f
92}, 185705 (2004)]. | Source: | arXiv, 0807.3678 | Services: | Forum | Review | PDF | Favorites |
