Spin dynamics in a one-dimensional Bose-Hubbard model
M. B. Zvonarev ; V. V. Cheianov ; T. Giamarchi ;
Date 17 Nov 2008
AbstractWe investigate the dynamics of a one-dimensional strongly repulsive ferromagnetic Bose-Hubbard model close to unit filling. We derive the propagator of transverse spin waves and the corresponding spectral function. We demonstrate that arbitrarily small hole doping leads to a strong modification of the long-time dynamics of the spin propagator as compared with the undoped case. For the spectral function this is seen in the non-trivial structure of the magnon peak.
