About the temperature of moving bodies | T. S. Biró
; P. Ván
; | Date: |
11 May 2009 | Abstract: | Relativistic thermodynamics is revisited from the point of view of special
relativistic hydrodynamics. A set of transformation formulas are derived in a
homogeneous approximation of the corresponding energy-momentum and particle
number balances. A new concept of relativistic internal energy emerges as a
consequence. The different temperature transformation formulas of Planck and
Einstein, Ott, Landsberg and Doppler appear as special cases. | Source: | arXiv, 0905.1650 | Services: | Forum | Review | PDF | Favorites |
