Abstract:	We introduce the notions of approximate Connes-amenability and approximate strong Connes-amenability. Then we characterize these two types of dual Banach algebras in terms of approximate normal virtual diagonal and approximate $sigma WC-$ virtual diagonals. Some concrete cases are also discussed.
