Constraints on Coupling Constants through Charged $Sigma$ Photoproduction | T. Mart

; | Date: |
6 Feb 1995 | Journal: | Phys.Rev. C51 (1995) 1074-1077 | Subject: | nucl-th hep-ph | Abstract: | The few available data for the reactions $gamma p
ightarrow K^{0} Sigma^{+}$ and $gamma n
ightarrow K^{+} Sigma^{-}$ are compared to models developed for the processes $gamma p
ightarrow K^{+} Sigma^{0}$ and $gamma p
ightarrow K^{+} Lambda$. It is found that some of these phenomenological models overpredict the measurements by up to a factor of 100. Fitting the data for all of these reactions leads to drastically reduced Born coupling constants. | Source: | arXiv, nucl-th/9502016 | Other source: | [GID 485385] pmid9970225 | Services: | Forum | Review | PDF | Favorites |
